During our Christmas stay, we loved the breathtaking view of the lake and mountains, which created a magical ambiance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. the hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to explore nearby towns and attractions.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower in our room was quite small and crowded, making it a bit uncomfortable.

Location, a short walk to all attractions. Chiesa di san zeno was just a few steps away from the hotel. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. So close to the airport, 19 miles;))

Nearby there's an agriturismo restaurant, Le Bottesele, where you can grab a bite to eat. It's just a short walk away! Plus, if you're up for some adventure, you're only 1 mile from the Jungle Adventure Park 🌳.

The hotel is situated on a mountain, providing a breathtaking view of Garda lake. It is not far from Verona airport, making it convenient for travelers. the rooms offer comfortable beds, and the bathroom facilities are well-maintained. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant service experience. the breakfast is satisfying, offering a variety of options including fruits, cereal, and eggs. the hotel has a nice indoor pool and a well-equipped gym, adding to its facilities.
One downside is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable during hot summer nights.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location in the mountains provided a lovely view of Lake Garda. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi, were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to pack us breakfast when we had to leave early. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive.

Celebrating New Year's Eve with my family was wonderful. the hotel offered a special menu for the occasion and the food was amazing. We also enjoyed the live music and dancing. the view of the mountains and the lake was breathtaking, and the location was perfect, not too far from the city but also away from the noise. What I liked most was the kindness of the staff, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The rooms were a bit outdated and the bed was not comfortable. the shower was not spacious and it was hard to move around.
